I got these October 23’ and have not taken them off since. I struggle with poor blood flow and it is really hard to keep my feet (and hands) warm. I wear these to work as a PE teacher, in light rain, snow and dry days. I wear them all evening at home as well. They make amazing travel shoes as well. They are water resistant in my opinion and I rarely get soaked through to my feet. They also hold up after washing well. Just wash in a normal load and hang for a few hours on a boot dryer. Recently, I took them to the river and they have pretty good grip on most river rocks and slick trees. I highly recommend it for your cold, adventurous self.
Love these, they provide needed arch support and a great sole, a perfect fit, (long, narrow, high arch, 10.5 size foot) durable, warm and light weight. It is hard to go back to my other shoes and sneakers. I want to wear them everywhere. I wish they came in other upper materials and styles to be worn in other seasons. It has made me a believer in the clog alternative. And faithful to the chaco sole. I have warn Chaco Sandles for 25+ years.
