Despite being flameless, they have a realistic flicker design that mimics the flickering of a real candle flame for up to 200 hours. These would make awesome gifts for Halloween and Harry Potter fans. Note that these candles and the wand each require one AAA battery, for a total of 13.

Hip Sidekick, Soleil loves these Harry Potter-inspired floating candles! Here are her helpful tips…

The Magic Deco Candles are every Harry Potter fan’s dream. These candles are easy to install with fishing lines and self-adhesive hooks already in the box and one wand is enough to light multiple boxes worth of candles! The lights flicker just like real candles do, making the illusion of floating candles even more magical. The only downside is that you must obtain your own AAA batteries (13 needed total) as the candles do not come already equipped with them. Fun for Halloween or even over your dining room table at holiday dinner, these candles are such a fun conversation piece! The box does say that the candles can be placed outdoors – I would think that is sufficient but it makes me nervous unless you were to slip a piece of scotch tape around the bottom to seal the battery even more as I feel like moisture could corrode the candle.
